I think that I have neat handwriting, while one hand writing expert said that he had never seen anything like it before. But when I sign my name it is proper 'doctors handwriting'

Tough one.... and I'm not sure I understand what you mean exactly but at least in theory it can be done. Although I'm a very compulsive thinker I tend to believe that 'the will' determines what you think.... If there's a strong wish, thoughts can be 'guided' towards more positive or constructive ones. Easier said than done, I know but to conclude I would say yes.
