I really want to see this evening's NOVA; it is regarding the earthquake and tsunami in Japan.

Quite messy indeed, and a very sad moment in the film for me. Such a shame.

Yeah, but the bit that really gets me is when Roy dies. His soliloquy is very moving.

Jeez, I'm gonna have to watch it again. Haven't seen it in ages.

^^ Yaye greetings everyone.

I believe that I visited a lovely vetty friend today with Nell. I believe Nell is very frightened of this, however I believe that Nell was very lovely and lay quietly within her little kitty basket whilst waiting for the happy vet.

Tomasu, was poor Nell sickly or just having a check up ?
I hope she is back home safely and not too upset after her day out.

Yeah, that's a lovely moment. I suppose I think Pris's death saddened me in er, different ways, let's say. Hmm.

I saw some of the 'Voiceover' version in a 'making of' documentary I have, and it totally kills the scene when Roy dies. It's just Harrison Ford blabbing on afterwards about what just happened, and stating the obvious. It's a good job I have the 'Final Cut' edition, and all that voiceover stuff is left out.

Just a brilliant, brilliant film. I'll probably watch it yet again before the week's over.

^^ Thank you very much for asking Cosmic Russ. I believe that Nell required only a little check up. However, I am very worried as the happy vet discovered a very unhappy tooth of Nell and this requires to be removed from Nell's mouth in approximately two weeks.

That was the version I had first, on VHS tape and I thought it was good, until I saw the final cut. The action says it perfectly and the voiceover is redundant and distracting.

Absolutely. Still rates as my #1.

I've only seen the Final Cut, how many other versions are there? 2?
