Creamy spinach soup with fresh chopped parsley and a slice of italian dried ham, ( the raw kind ), followed by white fish ( coley/lieu noir ), gently sauteed in a mixture of butter and some duck fat, with a dollop of a super spicy and fruity lentil dahl sort of thing, and fresh chopped coriander!

Am full now! :D

Jeez, I haven't had those in years.

Last thing I ate? A bowl of oatmeal.

Yesterday's leftover roast lamb chopped into chunks and gently stewed in tinned tomato, with moroccan harissa/spicy sauce and some olive oil, and mixed up at the last moment with some old but very high-fibre lettuce ( rather like cabbage ). Followed a little later by a yoghurt with honey, and a few prunes.
