At my new job I bagged up a large box of uncooked tortilla chips, into 6 ounce portions and was complimented on how fast I got it done. I mean I guess it does make me feel pretty good about myself. I mean I don't even know how many bags I filled, but it was a pretty good feeling when I reached the end..for a while I was worried it would take too long, plus at one point I had to blow my nose and sneeze so I had to throw my gloves away, take off the apron go take care of that, wash my hands and then come back, get new gloves.

Drove around and found obscure medical clinic and made an appointment for CBT - thought it worthwhile to at least ask if behaviour-based therapy is going to be effective at all in treatment of a neurological sleep disorder. I'd been putting it off, and now it's done. There is a wait time, so I will try other clinics and see if anything else is available, but if not, the appointment is made and I am on the way to doing something about my sleep issues.
