I'm about to make dinner. I always eat kind of late, it's 18h25 here and I'm making pasta. Macaroni with minced meat (veal), tomatoes, leek, mushrooms, onion, black olives, garlic, a table-spoon of pesto, basil, chives, thyme, salt and pepper.

So off I am....

(back in an hour, I guess)

The last actual bit of food I ate was sauted shallot - It was part of a concoction I made for lunch, which consisted of Shallots, sun-dried tomatos, oyster mushrooms, capers, fennel and chick-peas with brown rice.
