Oregano (Scientific name: Origanum vulgare), also known as Wild Marjoram. Cannot explain really. I just dislike the taste.

A humid forest in spring/summer, coffee and the scent of pine wood when being crafted or worked with. There are lots more.

Would you say that you are sensitive to smell or scent?

Yes. I like particularly the French and Spanish (but that's ignorance). I'm a bottle an evening/night man nowadays and I like f/e. wines from Valdepeñas (Esp.) and 'les Bordeaux' in red. But lately I'm more into German wines, that's white ones.

I'm not that romantic but.... do you lite candles in the evening? (I do, always)

I do. I like candles, they give off a nice light.

(wine comment...German whites are nice, I like Eiswein - it gives me a headache/stomachache from all the sugar, but the flavor is just amazing, almost ethereal-tasting. I usually drink hearty reds, though, like I just bought this organic Napa valley red zinfandel that I'm really excited about.)

If you have a dictionary, open it and pick a word at random.

OK, a nice Dutch word would be.... 'rabulisterij', but that's from my 1912 Dutch dictionairy. Probably too old fashioned nowadays.

Which brings me to this idea, scrolling through my old dictionairy.... erm....

I have this very much so with my encyclopedia, searching for something, finding it, reading, a mentioned link, finding it, reading, hop to the next one and then 10 minutes later I have read, lets say, 15 articles. With internet it's the same. But....

Do you recognize this and/or, like me, do you like it?

Yeah, I tend to do that, and thus I wind up with about 20 windows open, since I like to be able to come back and pick other links from the old pages.

When you were a kid, did your family have a set of encyclopedias?

When you were a little kid, did your family

vacation?

yes, I loved them (I mean encyclopedias, but family members too ;p)

edit- yes, we had a place like that. I haven't been there in 12 years and I'm not going to- I worry that it must have changed a lot and I need to keep the old picture of it in my head

what was your favourite book as a child?
