When I became very ill, we moved away from the Zen Center where I used to practice to be closer to family.
I hadn't heard from my teacher in a while; now I know why.
He died on the 6th. I miss him very much.

It's 45 degrees, overcast and raining; inside and out. I'm having a bit of difficulty shaking off the funk.

I'm waiting for my case worker to show up so we can have our weekly appointment.

Why did my mother move from Austin? If I had been born there, I wouldn't be posting on this forum. I would be playing in a band instead of driving around at night with my stereo playing just to feel like I am doing something and I would've had atleast a long term girlfriend by now.

I'm trying to stay happy and not to worried about today, and accepting my anger about something and some choices I need to make.

I just want to be able to rant and rave and go on as much as possible about how much I hate the "United" States and how it's full of stupid moronic Trumptards who are full of BS thinking the bomb scare is a hoax. It makes me want to mail THEM bombs. But I can't say or do anything without getting in trouble and it's ruining my life. I hate the US. It's destroying the world. It's destroying ME!!

Cut off any spendings because you'll need it in Christmas. Go ahead and steal someone's conditioner.
Don't get too excited on this year's bonus. I'd rather challenge myself by not spending a thing on my materials until it runs out.

I said that if I could take a videotape of interactions with the angry precious lil "people" , she could interpret it for me

But if someone is angry they might take of break the video tape

And videotaping without written consent is illegal

The counselor told me that it is about doing your best

That's like saying, take the skateboard and "do your best"



Without instructor, "your best" is pretty bad

With instructor, "your best" might be a little better

I had a lucid dream today with a story about my father.

When I woke up I had a C02 alarm scare, and the men who came to check for poisoning KNEW my father!
(He has been deceased many years).

They told me the exact story from my lucid dream.

I have absolutely no explanation for this.
