My grandpa really wanted to go home today but they are keeping him until Thursday to come up with a plan for him when he is home. He is 96.

No, rather it goes in around 2-3pm instead at the first thing in the morning..

Too cowardly to send the email my sister wrote up for me, for the babysitter whp is getting paid 500 for very little work and very few hours(less than agred upon) extreme lateness etc.. Weeklu 500 goes to her and she does not do enough to justify it she barely comes.

This week was the clincher as she came only 1 day and came very very late (usual) and left so early that I couldnt do something important. And 500 dollars for that for barely being there maybe 2.5 hours max? And this is not unusual for her now...
