I've always collected rocks, interesting stones may be a better description. They drained a reservoir near me and I found lots of interesting stones in it, washed down from the hills, textures and colours were amazing.I've done this since I was old enough to carry stones in my pockets, I tend to line them up around the garden and house.Stones and rocks seem more alive than people sometimes, perhaps I relate to them.

I've always liked collecting things from nature. Because of my need to get rid of stuff, the only thing I've kept so far is a glass fishing net float I found on a beach one morning.
I love those.I lived close to a fishing village when young, the floats smooth from the water, loved it.
Painful but cool.
