I'm ok I guess. Looking forward to tomorrow.. I'm driving in to town on my scooter to buy a bottle of red wine, and I'm making a delicious steak for dinner :mrgreen:

I didnt mention anything as such but do have digestive issues+ Nausea etc, nah, I think it maybe stress related, not sure...

Stress is tough.. There isn't always easy to escape it right away either depending on it's sources. Maybe going for a walk alone can give a break from thoughts?

Listening to a rock mix on youtube while working out, which turned out to mean music I had listened to previously. So many of the songs where songs you guys have posted here. It brought back memories...

Maybe I should say it brought back feelings instead. No, I do remember something. Besides this is just a few months back in time, so I havn't forgotten it yet.
