^ that's good, that you feel a bit better at least.

You should open a restaurant by the sound of it.

Yeah, with a table for 1.. . I can see how that would work! lol Have thought about it but i think the excess of people would be somewhat of a disadvantage... Good idea though :) I think my cooking is ok, people seem to like it :) .. No ambulance visits yet :)

I once had the idea of making a sandwich maker cookbook.
For single people and people without much equipment.
All you need is a sandwich maker.
Which is inaptly named, because I never make conventional sandwiches.
I can turn out gourmet fare from it.
Omelettes, doughnuts, vegetable stacks, flatbreads, pancakes, minute steaks, salmon, mushrooms...
I've done it all.
Aha.

If I ever make a YouTube video, there will be no speaking in it.
I can't stand the videos where they do a big introduction and prattle on for half an hour when the thing only takes five minutes to make.
There would be practical demonstration and succinct notes only.
And musak 8)

I just did a vid and it only showed my hands and i filled subtitles in to explain and show ingredients and quantities.. You could do that :)

Good that you are feeling a little better Biggles :)

That dinner sounds lovely Raleigh, and also healthy!

I've been to town shopping. The grocery had on offer; "take three pay for two". So I bought three entrecotes

Yes... if you can live with no vegetables. You will only get potato wedges and bearnaise saus with it, and cheap red wine served in regular glases
