I have a headache, I always get them when I oversleep. Also I overslept.

Last night's huge thunderstorms caused a big leak above the sliding glass door in the living room. Had to stay up all night to lay down towels, change towels when they got too soaked, and position bowls and coffee pitchers to catch the water. Made me nervous as hell because it was right next to the TV set and all the other electronics associated with it, and the water was splattering on them. And of course, it'll take the apartment complex maintenence men 500 years to come over and fix it ("we'll be there tomorrow" means "we'll be there in two weeks" around here) and they'll probably do a half-ass job of it.

My niece "had an accident" on my bed. Now I'm pissed at my mom for letting her take a nap in there.

Guess I get the couch tonight.

My anxiety is back and my damn appetite is failing me again. I've been having fruit for breakfast and soup and veggies over the past 2 days. My supervisor was being a b***h, because we were all done at 10 after 8 and we're supposed to be done parking lots at 8 at the latest.

I realized how unbearably selfish I am.

I get chest wall pain and it's been pretty bad last night and today. I hate it and it makes me worry that I'm going to drop dead.

Going to the emergency room seems pointless since I then waste money on cabs and spend all that time there and have to go through a bunch of tests just to be told I have chest wall pain and get a prescription for a mild painkiller. Then I'll be getting bills I can't pay and calls from bill collectors.

Judging from your recent posts, this could be stress related.

Probably although I've had it on and off for years. I think it's also related to the way I sit at the computer but I don't know how to sit any other way. When I finally move I'm going to try to get things arranged better. Where I am now I'm very limited in where I can put my computer due to lack of outlets and not having wifi.

Oh no, are you still taking the natural suppliments for anxiety Mick?

I am and they seem to be working since I've started taking them again.

What kind? I have a lot of anxiety and should really take something for it. I've tried valerian in the past but I can't remember if it even worked.
