Had a minor crohns disease flare over the last week... too many things going on and too much stress.
So I woke up this morning... no cramps, no "pregnant man" look. Stomach looking flat again and everything functioning within expected parameters... woohoo!

I walked a nature trail, and I had delicious sushi instead of a lunch from home--treated myself a little. I've also been good with shopping less, and proud of myself!

I found an antique shop near my house I've never been to before. The antique place I used to go to regularly closed earlier this year and I haven't found another place I love as much, but I will certainly go back to this one. I picked up a big jar with clowns on it, a yellow gingham apron that's so adorable, and another Garfield mug.
