Knowing my sister has arrived and is in the country now. She is the heroine of my life, rescuer, L (better than the actual guy), brainiac, agony aunt, etc.

such a beautiful angel she is. and her husband looks like a kind camel.

Happy -->> calmer mind .... improved --> not as keyed up and worried as i've been during the past few days

Why?

Happy -->knowing --> sister's arrival today---> mom + brother (arriving by the end of the week) -->

will no longer be alone in country without adults who know me well

(the adults who are in my life just there for kids don't count as they don't know me well)
well...
no adults who know me well...

apart from
ex L,
ex L Clerk,
XH,
and 1 brother (1 hr away)

3 of those people are not available or trustworthy to contact for help, nor chit-chatting, no relief thinking of them. in fact, more worry.

in fact the brother isn't much good, either, in this regard...
emotionally incompatible with me.

even though a lot of his stuff matches mine (e.g. loves painting, weird brain, etc)
a lot doesn't.
(e.g. has real friends,
understands people in depth instantly,
good theory of mind)

i'm boring, he isn't. i don't mind being boring, i don't want to impose it on others (hence why WP is great, as anyone can just skip over one's posts, no guilt)

happy --> sleep --> daycare dropoff --> take elder to visit sister ---> happy times ---> return

I cam upon a wonderful Youtube channel today to help parents of kids with autism, learning disorders, adhd, and/or nonverbal kids. I loved it instantly the therapist man has a great genuine affection and treats the jids with complete understanding and gentleness and respect and just amazing....

Then I was curious as he seemed so dignified and good and decent and naturally fun...

He was acting like someone from my birth city. At first I was afraid he was Indian and Im kind of really angry at India right now for trying to create war with weapons and funding from israel...but...

I checked the about and...

He is situated in my birth city which I love! Now I want to go there and have him do therapy on my son!! !!

I can do that simultaneously while visiting my grandmother. She has never physically met my kids but loves the eldest a LOT.

I had a teacher in High School who looked like Mr Clean. That is what we called him and he always laughed at that. He was a nice man.

Because my Grandpa is in the hospital and they want him out his surgery was moved to Saturday instead of January 20th. He is looking forward to going home Sunday or Monday. He told me he is looking forward to a decent cup of coffee.

Sunday or Monday is relatively soon, that is good news. I hope the surgery goes well and for a full recovery for him.

I got confused about when nurse would leave which threw off my day's plan. I wasted the majority of it although feeding kids and getting some groceries isn't entirely a waste.
However the nurse was very encouraging and good to talk to and I feel happy to have her talk to me.

I cannot do online courses. I have to have a class but I hate being in a room with so many people. I feel self conscious, afraid, and sensory issues. So for online I need to depend on someone to be there for tomorrow who isn't a nurse. I am happy that my mom came back and I spoke to my brother. He made a video for kids.
Any way he is always okay to look after kids and he is trustworthy. So I feel better about going there and studying.

I feel happy to have this option for peace of mind.

That's funny! My Osteo looks like him too. He's a big Russian guy with a PhD. He's so skilled!

Volunteering at a food-share distribution center near my house!

It was great and am committed to two hours every Friday.
