#2. I believe “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” is a later movie. I wonder if you mean “Willy Wonka?”

I saw “Willy Wonka” in the theater. It was the first movie I went to alone, and paid for.

I've seen WOZ but it took me several attempts because I was so frightened when the witch stole Toto that I always shut it off.
It was only on TV once a year. :( (Oh, and later I learned to shut it off at the flying monkeys as well).

I've seen the end of Charlie (I think?)

I've never seen the end of Sound of Music (or much of it at all, to be frank).

So you're right. 2 is my lie (and I suppose 1 is a lie as well, OOPS).

The Sound of Music is a very great movie. You should see it.

meh, maybe someday.

When I was 14, I:

1. Had long, feather earrings and wore purple eyeshadow.

2. Went to many concerts with my brother.

3. Moved in with my aunt and uncle for three months, because I was arguing with my mother.

1. I saw “Dr Zhivago,” and really enjoyed it.

2. I saw “1984,” and really enjoyed it.

3. I saw “Airport,” and really enjoyed it.

#2. You weren’t keen on the sensory effects of live concerts.

You were a New Wave kid, huh?

Is it the second one?

I really enjoyed Dr Zhivago when I saw it in my 20s.

I really enjoyed Airport when I saw it at age 9.

I didn’t really like “1984” when I saw it.....around 1984.

Time for some sleep-sleep.

Hmmmm.... I know the song from Dr. Z and I had a friend named Lara. I don't think I saw the movie other than a bit with a train.... I saw Airport but I think I was older? I didn't see 1984.

I pick 2. You weren't 9.

My turn...

My favorite works of literature set in a world of dystopia are 1984 and Brave New World.

My favorite character from the DC Comics is Batman.

I am a great admirer of the works of HG Wells and Franz Kafka.

I think 2 for Anonymous. You're a Wonder Woman lover :)

#2 for Anonymous.

My Lie is that I enjoyed 1984. It was what we call “meh” today—but was called “so-so” then.

“Airport” came out in 1970, when I was 9. I saw it in the theater. Helen Hayes was one of the stars.

Well, wudda you know? I thought Airport was much later. I must have seen a rerun or something because I was older when I saw it.

This afternoon's agenda might involve:

1. Me having a sudden desire to go out and do something (Just what, I don't know).

2. Me starting yet another book.

3. Me dusting. Never a fun sight, because I sneeze the whole time.

I wish it wasn't #1---but it just might be....
