I have unwittingly been asking people to learn something from me this whole time.

If I ever felt tired and in need of a nap -- I won't take one. It made me feel and perform crappier than I already am since waking up in the morning.

I'm frustrated by friends who don't ask "how are you?" even once during telephone conversations. It's getting ridiculous. I'm keeping track lately because this person speaks in a soliloquy for the entire time.

^^That is the epitome of "stereotypical Aspie-ness."

If it's a nice area, LongShot, why not remain there?

When I suggested this person be assessed for ASD, they said "Everyone has Aspergers".

I hate that attitude so much. It trivialises those of us who struggle every day. So, in the absence of a diagnosis, I will just consider this person rude.

I would find it rude, too...…

The person, even if "Aspie," should know better.

Not caring is not liberating to me. The key to always caring is to always take things personally...*EVEN* in some abstract or complicatedly relevant way.

I watched a video today on the way people manipulate one another. I've been thinking about that...

I have to teach my psych class about anxiety tomorrow (ironic right?) and am trying to think of a good activity to give the class. Anyone have any good ideas/things you think would be interesting to teach the new generation about anxiety disorders?

To most every jack--- harassers or bully who made for 'giving hard times' to others merely for giving into so easily to boredom/overly subjective intellectual despair.

The part after the heading 'd---bag politics' reminds me of what nearly anyone can become and why I resent/hate ppl.

You can tackle the issue from an evolutionary perspective. Anxiety was once useful in heightened awareness of animal and natural threats, but now it's anxiety from social situations and confrontations, etc. Just an idea.
