The cerebellum plays a big role in the coordination of sensory information.
Cerebellar lesions actually intensify all parts of ASD from social anxiety to stimming.
Their job is to make smooth transitions from input in all parts of the brain.
Post-mortem exams have shown many autistic people had cerebellar defects.
I was born with Sensory Modulation Disorder from ASD but that stroke made it worse.
I might inquire about going back to my stroke neurologist.
I don't know what they can do besides OT and more nerd equipment, but it's worth a try.
