Built a computer from the ground up (for the first time) today. And it works! And it hasn't caught on fire or anything yet. Going to try to test it's capabilities tomorrow.
Now if I could find the command I used earlier that gave me access to all of it's fancier bits and pieces in the terminal, it would be lovely.

Now that takes skill

I got a cancellation appointment for osteopathy and acupuncture today!

It's normally a month or more on the wait list!

My morning coffee just hit the spot.
Realised that just because someone treated me like junk does not mean I actually am junk.

Not sure if kidding...

It's a cigar with the tobacco emptied out and replaced with chronic. Perfect for when you've got to shovel the steps and will be stuck outside where the cigar stink doesn't matter.

Woke up at 03:00 this morning (local time, it’s about 23:00 PST) in an Asian country to the sound of roosters crowing. Now drinking freshly-ground Sumatran coffee and eating farm-fresh eggs and garlic-fried rice.

We’re here on a medical relief mission (a 37-member church group). Internet connections are sporadic, but the people are friendly and hospitable. No casualties or severely sick people. Life is good.

:D

Urban Dictionary doesn't load for me so I don't know what chronic is. Wacky baccy?
