The Monkees had to have fashion sense in the 60s. They were on national TV.

Awe....my parents have a chubby, tender Schultzie on their hands. That's kind of cute. :P

God only give parents what they can handle.

I come up with some really brilliant ideas in life but it's just like, people just don't pay any attention to me. It's only when I go ahead and do them anyway, they'll admit, it was a good solution. But then, the next time, it's the same all over again.

Why do people overlook me all the time in life? Most of the time, I feel like I'm invisible and I have some really valuable stuff to offer.

I don't know.

When I went back to the staff room after work, they were all in a panic about where to get staples long enough to put together a large booklet.
Apparently, they'd been running around all over the place trying to find extra long staples.
I said, "Why don't you just bind it?"
They all looked at me in amazement.
One of them said, "I never even thought of that!"
They had all the binding equipment right there.

Now, I would have thought that was obvious.

That's exactly what I'm talking about, except, they listened to you.

Kathy's microphone on her phone doesn't work. She can hear people but they can't hear her. I texted her and said (amongst other things - which she did read), "Why don't you get a bluetooth earpiece?" I said, "They're small and inexpensive! They just go in your ear. No wires!" That would solve her problem.

She hates holding the phone up to her head through fear of getting a brain tumor (OCD related).

I said, "Not only would that solve your microphone problem but you could also use your phone away from your head."

She read everything except my solution to her problem.

She eventually got it but that kind of thing happens to me all the time in life!

I remember at my old job they were trying to fill up bean bags.
I watched them trying to get the beans from the plastic bag they came in to the bean bag with very little success.
I grabbed a laminated poster, rolled it into a funnel, stuffed in into the opening and had that bag filled up in a minute.

People are always asking me for help with computer problems at work too.
I'm not even very good with computers.
But somehow I can see what the problem is and it's usually something very simple.
