I'm finishing up a care package to take to my church, which has created an almsgiving box for donations. I'll donate canned goods, a manual can opener, dry pasta and cereal, bread, sunflower seeds, snacks, dog food, cat food, toilet paper, paper towel, hand sanitiser, spray disinfectant, an Amazon gift card that I got for Christmas, and a really cute greeting card.

Any other ideas before I head out?

A spray-on disinfectant is like gold right now! So difficult to find and overpriced online.

My car is still in the shop, but I'm using my mother's car today to take her for that eye needle. I'll either drive it or walk to church later with a friend who'd like to help.

hope the shop does right by you. in america it is the land of the racket. anyways, "eye needle" meaning she has to be an intraocular injection? i know how that feels. glad to hear you have a good friend you can spend quality time with and in turn be a good friend to

I got the cure for COVID19, Hydroxychloriquine. My doctor told me it doubles as a chronic hives treatment and is used to treat COVID19. Of course I already knew this but played dumb in case he wouldn't prescribe me it but it seems he was more than happy to prescribe it to me.

With Hydroxychloriquine, LDN, vitamin D, zinc, social distancing, constantly hand washing, avoiding touching my face and I'm good to go.

I actually have that here!

It's Plaquenil, right? It was first formulated as an anti-Malarial drug.

It is an immunosuppressant and anti-inflammatory so try to stay under 150 mg.

*added shampoo and a bar of soap to my donation.

Watched most of a compilation of some home videos of Michael Jackson's. Very pleasant and fun to watch. He didn't seem happy though except to rewatch them and reminisce. Seemed quite depressed actually.
It made me happy because he seemed like a family member.

He reminds me of my elder cousin who is in Malaysia right now.
Same personality. That cousin is also very gifted, artistic and excels in everything, and very mischievous.
He is also very stylish and handsome like Michael jackson used to be before all the stuff.

If you see a painting of his done any time in his life, even when he was a pre-teen, you would think it's just a beautiful photograph.
Unless he intended it to be abstract, or some other style than realism.

He won an art competition in Saudi Arabia and his prize was that he got to take his whole extended family (all the ones in the country) to a very good hotel with swimming pools etc.
Then my other cousin Mustafa who my brother is named after, who is also very nice and intelligent, he paid for us to stay even longer. I think that's the story anyway, either that, or he won the prize for his immediate family and my cousin paid for everyone else to come and enjoy it too.

It was one of the best times of my life. I spent so long outside swimming and playing, longer than anyone else. In fact, I changed skin colour until when I returned my dad said I looked like an African or Brazilian child.

I think being that tan suits me actually except now as an adult I get discolouration marks from the sun.

He tricked my brother Mustafa several times.

For example he made 2 of my brothers think they time travelled.
He took them to a Star Wars event, ostensibly, and then suddenly said, this is a portal to travel back in time. They stepped out and saw knights, people from medieval times, etc.

To this day my brother believes it even though I know it's a prank. My cousin probably knew there was a Renaissance fair or something going on, next to the star wars one.

Also this song

My family's medical appointments will all take place by telephone from now on.

My mother went for her hospital appointment so now we're finished with having to go anywhere.

I dropped off my care package and I'm officially cocooned.

what is "LDN"?

Low Dose Naltrexone, it's a TLR4 receptor antagonist, upregulates enkephalins and endorphins.

Yeah it's antimalarial, a disease modifying drug that also acts as a broad spectrum antiviral. The studies I've read used 400mg BID for one day then 200mg BID for 4 days taken at the onset of symptoms from what I've read. I don't really plan on taking it daily for hives, I will just use it if I get COVID19 since I'm on an immunosuppressive medication, Cyclosporine which actually helps my hives unlike Plaquenil. I was previously on Plaquenil and it didn't work for hives.

https://www.idstewardship.com/coronavir ... armacists/

It is listed as one of the treatments.

Happy 243rd birthday to The Reverend Patrick Brontë (born 1777). Happy St Patrick's Day, too!
