For some reason, I really hate my upstairs neighbor.

For one she's a stomper at times.
Two she's mean.
She told management that I was harassing her.

I wrote her a polite letter about a noise once.
Knocked on her door about one once, politely.

But my case manager may do something to get me somewhere better.

Also, my master clinician said to get a referral from my therapist saying that because of my sensitive hearing and difficulties that come w it, that I need a house, to give to KCDC.

Trying to figure out best way to explain an issue to the person in charge of the incompetent staff I had to deal with.
