I came out of my office totally bushed, head down, sodden steps.

Then I remembered to look up. :D I saw many wonderful things but the one that lifted my heart first was a purple iris just beginning to open.

I had a picnic date, staying 2-3 metres apart on separate blankets.

Nurse Mehri being kind and caring to me. A true friend.

Talking to my brother.

Rain (I like it).

Watching vidéos of a lady deacribing her life mainly but in an open heart to heart way that I think I crave.

Women just expressing it all and sharing with each other... Having fun.. Etc Thats why Arab women are always so strong.. Because they have that.. I was so jealous as I dont have that.. In my culture its not so open and women only (freeing) and caring.

Well I don't have that but this lady gives me a bit of that feeling. It gives you strength to share stories and insights. She replied to my comments too.

Younger saying funny things.

Delicious honey butter bread, homemade by a family friend in exchange for my mom knitting him a Doctor Who scarf.

I sampled the first riff in this song, before the other instruments kick in. Now I gotta make a track using that sample. :nerdy:

My grandpa sent me a little music box that plays "You Are My Sunshine," which is a special song for us. I really needed the smile that gave me.

I put some Van Gogh prints in my pillow fort, added more pillows, and strung more coloured mini lights.

I'm set for the next apocalypse.

Needs more chains, spikes and skulls.

One of my sisters has pneumonia. She was getting worse and of course scared to go to the hospital but she finally went, got tested and got proper meds (not covid-19).
Well, she could actually talk today without taking rattling breaths. Yay, she is on the mend! With what's going on we were all very scared. Whew.

I’m glad it wasn’t COVID-19.

Excellent luck on her recovery!
