Thinking of ending up with a brain tumor named Brian in a jar, and offering him up for grabs if anyone says something about not having enough brain cells.

In all seriousness, an operable brain tumor is probably a best-case scenario for me, because even if the damage it's done can't be undone, my situation will at least stop getting worse once it's out. (And I might joke about it, but I would absolutely ask if I could keep the tumor, or at least see it once it was out.)

Seeing an autism flag today at my city hall.

I finally got a Relay service on my phone, because of my speech impairment.

I can type phone numbers onto my laptop, type the messages or questions I need to ask on the phone, and someone else will place the calls / do the speaking for me (even waiting on hold as needed), and then type me the replies.

I'm in heaven!

This is seriously the best and most helpful accommodation I've ever been offered in my life.
