^ He did a great job cleaning up two very old cassette tapes I had, one of my mother playing violin in an orchestra and another of my great uncle playing mostly ragtime piano, but at the end a beautifully played classical piece. AB cleaned them up and preserved now digitally. Thank you AB!

1. XH picked up kids instead of my having to drive there and back to drop them off.

2. My face and hair looked VERY good today after they left and I got a chance to shower/ STYLE it etc, and I also smelled good with my new perfume and lotion,
and I felt almost as happy from these superficial things,
as I did when I was married and these things were appreciated/mattered.

3. I also noticed even though I was trying to overeat a lot from boredom and 'no point' feeling and an all or nothing mindset (nothing being the current trajectory) ...
my body feels healthy, so I can still get back to it. Despite the injury that makes it all difficult.

This morning XH returned an exercising piece of equipment that my mom had given me when I was 20. I feel happy knowing I can use that at home.

4. The clouds were INCREDIBLY beautiful around 5 pm onwards.. pale indigo + peaches + rose colours. And a beautiful shape.

5. Using wrongplanet

6. Truly happy that Canada looks after people better than some other countries, and feel indebted for life since, among other things, they send nurses every day for a few hours because of this pandemic- and the nurses are exceptionally good people (the one i didn't like as she kept being rude in a sly way, and implying i was lying for no reason, left by herself or was fired because of someone else complaining idk which - ).

7. I have everything needed to study.

8. Spoke to parents today who seemed happy.

9. Spoke to sister today who seemed content.

10. Spoke to brother today

11. Coffee

12. Love to read posts on this site and see how much better it is than other forums

cleaned up a piano track finally, after about 4 years of trying. thanks to modern technology :nerdy:

Things I pictured:
1) Blabby bought a truck for moving pianos. He saved for it for four years but it was dirty and he had to hose it down.
Then I realised it said track:
2) Blabby was scrubbing the dirty track inside a piano where the keys attach (for four years), and finally got a good cleaning product. I thought it was like a straight line of grooves inside the piano, with dirt accumulated. Duh
3) Blabby fixed the sound engineering on a song using new technology
I'm really literal btw. 8)

as am i. i had been trying for ages to get a satisfactory separation of instruments in an old monophonic jazz recording by vince guaraldi's trio [the guy who did the charlie brown tv music], "samba de orfeu" - it was a muddy old recording, but new technology finally allowed me to clean it up enough to present in stereo for the first time with sound quality to match the stereo LP version. :dj:

i curse the fates that the boatman [and drugs] took him way too soon [1976, at age 47, right after playing "eleanor rigby" at a san francisco jazz club].

Walk with funny one. Funnt one waves to others who were out (everyone was at a great distance from each other eg across the road)

Neighbour's housekeeper waving to and being friendly towards funny one, from her balcony. She was pointing at him and saying ' he is a good boy' about him

Elder eating snacks...while sitting cross-legged on the floor in beautiful new clothes from XH (or his mom). His shirt has a robot done in a very nice vintage Comic book style.

and says Homework: Does Not Compute. His pants are a beautiful colour-- Cobalt Blue corduroy!

Beautiful sunshine

Elder drank 1/2 a cup of water today

Also there's a stray kitty hanging around my house the past few days. I think he's stray because he has no collar and looks a little worse-for-the-weather. He's very un-neutered. I put some cat food out and he ate it quite happily. I don't know if he's feral or lost ... but I will have to keep an eye on him. He's really cute. :cat:

Awww!
Little cats are very cute.
I once had a (cleaned) newborn one deposited in the palm of my hand, so dinky and wee: can’t have been much more than two inches long.

Always makes me laugh! In others there is a meow and paw gesture at the mouth which I also use when entering the kitchen but it never seems to work.....

I finished a few assignments and it made me feel less stressed out about school.
