It's horrible what some parents will put their autistic children through.

Well, this kinda wasn't today, but on tuesday night Trigas and I broke up and he became my ex.

I am not even sad, I am enraged. I will probably become sad again, but I want to be angry...not sad.

I don't want to learn how to date. But I guess I'll have to That'll suck.

I still love him, but I can't. I'm learning how to hate him.

I am unhappy bout all this.

I can't go back to sleep, and my hands are cold.

I caught myself wishing something unfortunate NT would happen to me so that I could use my brand-new insult:

"You practically brainless fly-eating excuse for a student! You, (insert sarcastic title like, 'sir'), are the worm-ridden, half-decayed, rat-infested scum of the earth! You goatish dread-bolted horn-beast!"

Then, I slapped myself mentally for wishing I could try out something that would make the ASD community look bad (if more than a few people actually knew I have AD) and deriving satisfaction from a rather inaccurate and quasi-literally dirty insult. Why am I so imperfect and prone to hubris anyway?

I got upset because my boyfriend said that he doesn't care if people in other parts of the world die of starvation. Didn't tell him, though :/

Lack of sleep made me unhappy again. I don't know how long I can go on like this.

It's getting cold out and it's snowing and I have no heat. The pilot light in my furnace keeps going out. My mother talked to one of the front neighbors yesterday and found out they are having problems with their heat too (it's a separate furnace from my apartment). Since sometimes the burners on our stove won't light and the pilot on the hot water heater goes out too sometimes we wonder if there is something wrong with the gas line coming into the house.

The landlord relit the furnace pilot light yesterday but never came up here to tell us and I think it went out again within hours. When the heat does come on it stays on maybe a minute and goes off and not much heat comes out of the vent.

I'm still on the waiting list for an apartment and one person on the list ahead of me got to look at one and took it. I've been looking on Craigslist for apartments but haven't managed to look at any places yet. One place is supposed to call next week to arrange a time to look because there are currently people living in there. Every place is so expensive and barely any include utilities or allow pets. I also have a limited area to pick from because my mother needs to be close enough to walk to her job. We don't drive.

I'm thinking that e-mail I got from my Craigslist ad was a scam. I didn't see one with the same text as mine but looking on Google it seems a lot of Craigslist apartment scammers like to go on and on about how they are "god fearing" and "out of the country".

Also the neighbor asked my mother if the landlord was thinking of selling the house. We were wondering about that recently but he didn't tell us. He had some inspections done recently. One I read was one that is usually done if you are selling or refinancing. My landlord is getting old and has multiple properties and does most work himself. Maybe he doesn't want to bother with so many rental properties any more. If he sold we would surely have to move. My place needs a lot of work and a new landlord would raise our rent a lot. My rent is less than $300 for a 2 bedroom and includes utilities.

I didn't get much sleep last night. I was worried that the white stuff was going to stick.

It's my sister's birthday. Bring on the drama.

I was woken up this morning by the sound of my coffee maker crashing to the floor, I then spent 20 minuets cleaning up coffee grounds/watter. Thank you cat.

These b*tches at a pizza parlor we went to were being mean to my niece. They were like "Why are you staring at us? Get lost, kid." And another one said: "Maybe she's ret*d."

I then got up and told her off. This is how it went:

"Who do you think you are?"
"What did I do?"
"Call my niece ret*d."
"She is ret*d, though. She keeps staring at us."
"This place isn't really for YouTube videos to be played on your silly old phones. Besides, no one treats her that way."
(Girl gets up) "Do you know how old I am?"
(I stand up) "Probably older than me. You don't scare me at all though, b*tch."

I'm not saying what happened afterward. It didn't go very well. Needless to say, the girl and her friends were kicked out of the parlor.
