I saw a patch of concentrated bird droppings on a sheltered part of the sidewalk on the way out after an appointment today, and I looked up and there was a nest with three still-young-but-not-quite-baby-anymore swallow heads poking out. They were adorable and brightened my day a bit.

being healthier than was a hour ago , who woulda thought a McDonalds 1/4 pounder and fries actually made me feel better ..hmm maybe it was the chocolate shake i got with it ,
So i felt like i was splurging .

We let the young ducks out today for the first time and they decided to do little runs with their wings opened up like children do when they pretend to be aeroplanes!
