for the knee-
DMSO
Diclofen Cream
Traumaplant Comfrey Cream
Lidocaine patches or cream

all those things work to alleviate cream and do not require a script.

I was thinking of joining an organization that deals with the problems of autistic people.
But i am pretty sure that nobody will believe i am autistic since they don't even know high functioning exists. They will likely attack me for faking it and i don't want to deal with the trauma that will result from it.

Oh and also apparently there are sexual abuse cases against one of the organizations. It's disgusting. I don't want to think about this but some people are genuinely evil.

My therapist got my hopes about a place in Wisconsin that would probably be a good fit for treating my depression and whatnot. Unfortunately, upon looking it up, I saw that accommodations consist of cramming two people into rooms about the size of my dorm room in college (which actually was a converted laundry closet, complete with a covered-up drain in the floor, panels placed over where the washer and dryer would connect, and floor-to-ceiling pipes taking up a quarter of the space - which I didn’t mind at all because it meant I didn’t have a roommate. Trying to put two people in that amount of space? Exactly zero chance I will voluntarily be involved in that.).

I got into a row with an ignorant man in the dollar store. He was a big man in a power chair and he wasn't 6 feet behind me. He was calling me stupid, so I told him not to judge my intelligence without knowing me. He told me that I didn't have any intelligence. He waved his hands back and forth making ignorant noises. I got in his face and did the same thing.

He called you stupid? Literally? What the hell's wrong with people?!
You're lucky I wasn't there with you, or it could have been ugly.

I was told that there is more to life than having a girlfriend by someone who does have a girlfriend. I hate that sort of hypocrisy.
