Sometimes I wonder why no one brought up the subjects of triggers and intrusive thoughts in a more neutral or even positive contexts.
While I understand that negative things tend to be talked about, usually either out or urgency or a need for solution.

My intrusive thoughts are random either useless or funny, and my 'triggers' brought mostly funny thoughts and reactions than negative ones.
Sometimes my thoughts are stuck over a thought or a scenario I kept laughing over and over even if the rational sides says 'stop having fun now pls!'

Instead of worries and wary like most posters here it seems -- I get 'tickles' and giggles for a 'trigger' reaction way more often than the former.
Instead of defensiveness and avoidance, I get mischief and temptation. I'm holding back temptation Depends which side of me screams louder -- if I were to scold myself or encourage myself or just get annoyed, whatever.

Waiting on my sister-in-law to see of she's gonna be reliable.
Also, I don't like TV.
It's annoying.
I also hate being around it sometimes.

Strongly considering getting a tattoo or two. Dragon scales over the area on my thigh where I like to self-harm and have some scarring from it, and/or something like this on my upper arm...

Image

I've been considering this for quite some time, it's definitely not just a spur-of-the-moment "oh, this might be cool" thing, but I'm not one hundred percent sure I really want to actually do it. Plus it'd probably be pretty expensive.

Hoping to find serenity even if it means moving across the damned continent, cause there tends to be little in the way for me in this territory, unless some employer(s) are able to see one's potential overall
