Watching Alton Brown on TV

dazing out and watching i'm not there.

I just come back from the psychiatric department at the hospital and then I went shopping and still feeling like this because waiting so long for a stupid taxi. I stood there with my hand on my hip with a pissed of look on my face for a whole half n hour and people was looking at me laughing or looking away laughing.
Its not funny. Its a really windy day and i couldnt find a hair band to tie my hair back and stop blowing in my face.
Then when the taxi finially come I went in the shopping centre to make a phone call cause I didnt have my mobile or CELL PHONE on me and so then the taxi guy had to wait and
everyone was gettin in my f****n way when i was trying to shop ands so now Im 'sounding off' and I just dont have patience for some people. They walk and move so slow
and some check out girls what drugs are they on.

close by here yesterday suddenly got a

The idiot managed to stumble upon a hole in
the ground where the bear had gone to
sleep and didnt notice it until he was one
meter away from it, it just sat there looking
at him and then it took of running, running
past the guy and brushing his leg
thats close - luckily both made it ok

He mighten be an idiot. He could have had some kind of disorder and couldnt help it. Maybe he couldnt see properly and was half blind. You dont really know.

oh ok.
Its just that i have been sayin so much names about other people i dont know. That its started to affect about using negative words.
Like i am only joking but i will be like at the mall and say driving past with my friend and we'll look at whoever and will say "Them stupid little b*****s, running along the street" or to whoever else and then we'll laugh and I'll think "move out of the way you fat bastard" I dont say it to people. I just say it to myself about other people, it makes me feel better.
I dont mean it and its really not very nice.
I have been thinking how important it is to say nice stuff about yourself and what you say or think about other people even if you are just being stupid. Everyone knows that. It's basic psychology of Positive Thinking and its very important for maintaining good mental health.
