^That looks wonderful Teq. :) My grandmother use to fix something similar with the potatoes, carrots, cabbage and roast beef. She boiled it all together in a big pot with some onions instead of roasting it all in the oven. She said she thought it came from the Irish side of the family to cook it all like that. I have no idea if boiling it all is actually an Irish thing or not.

I slowly roast mine in the oven with onions, garlic, pepper corns and red wine.

I ate the other half of my tuna fish sub with some salt and vinegar potato chips. Now I want to take a nap.

Finished my tuna-croissant-lettuce salad and my Naked juice smoothie, and because I walked a half mile to the store and a half mile back home, I richly deserve my Coca-Cola and Cherry Garcia. Yum. Sylkat :P

Toast and an orange. I actually ate fast food at Wendy's today. I normally don't eat fast foods. Anyway, I had a hamburger with bacon, fries and a small frosty. It was pretty good. :)

Just got back from Carl's Jr., I'm tearing through a combo meal of fries, coke, and (ta-Da!) their new steak burger with lettuce, mayo, tomato, bleu cheese, A-1 steak sauce and crumbled onion rings. There may be a slice of American cheese in there, I'm not sure. But it's GOOD! Sylkat :D

I had green beans cooked with sweet onions and salted pork, mash potatoes with butter and oven roasted chicken with pepper, garlic and thyme with a glass of cold milk. It was so good. :P
