Depends what you prefer in a firearm. The M1911 has a smaller magazine capacity, sharper recoil, and is more training intensive, but it has more stopping power, and can be beaten to death before it stops functioning. the M9 has a nearly bottomless mag, and is much easier to handle, but it's got a lower power round, and questionable reliability and service life. You can either choose or I'll give you another one.
