I'm sick and goddamn tired of living in a narcissistic society that rewards selfishness and punishes anybody who DARES to speak up for the little people being shat on.

Today has not gone well, for a variety of reasons and I don't yet know how to fix the problems that have arisen and then I get very anxious. I am taking deep breaths, focusing on what I can do today, and letting go of things I cannot fix (like a lost phone number and address and no way to contact someone with whom I have an appointment in 10 minutes and will not be able to make it because I don't know where it is.) I consider myself responsible and this incident damages my perception of myself. I have to focus on what I can do, not what I can't do.

Twisty, forgive the nick name, you seem so very angry and that is a damaging place to hang out. I hope you can find something to distract you from your anger. Look at your flowers. I get so much peace and love from my flowers, trees, and so on.

Two different doctors asked my pronoun

The counseling intern called me "they" instead of "he"

She acted like she was so innocent

Write a book

Maybe the intern finished early with me and or doctor Butler took longer than expected

"Miscommunication"

Stupid lil b***h should have gotten fired

"Brave", for talking.

 shut the f**k up

No compliments and do not expect me to say "thank you"

"They need help with anxiety"

"Help" is an exaggeration

That's like saying "what day is it" at 12:05 am

Work before socialize

There was no reason to bring another doctor in "just to say hi"

Idiots had nothing better to do

And don't encourage me to get a boyfriend

Provocative

Triggers

Seriously

"Beggars and choosers"

Compliments

Social

Joke

Work

It's not fair that NTs get away with being inappropriate as long as they're harmless and we don't.

I'm upset that I struggle with organizing my life. I plan to do something as simple as organize my room better to increase comfort and somehow can hardly start. I'd like to do that today. It's not terrible at the moment, but I often see it as a small goal to kickstart productivity and I have such a hard time with it.

I also need to organize my bookmarks on my computer. That's a big goal for me as well and I never do it.

Bookmarks can be moved and arranged?! :drunken: I had no idea. I need to join this century, it seems.

I don't use "bookmarks" at all when I read on my tablet or phone. Though there is a way to do this.

You get "bookmarks" on a computer? What the hell is that all about?

I have quite a few on my laptop, and the one I use most is smack in the middle. It's annoying to select it, especially when my double vision happens. This changes everything!

Bookmarks are on Mac products, similar to "Favourites". I thought they just went in chronological order. Whoops!

I don't know about doing it on tablets and such, but on my desktop I can categorize bookmarks into folders. If I'm not mistaken, I think I can even make subfolders within the folders.

I have so much interesting and useful information saved up but scrolling through it is a mess and I avoid it. It's a major goal to organize it.

Ok I think I'm actually talking about "Favorites." That's the technical label on my desktop.

I've had a Mac for years. Must try harder...

I am thinking about moving to Los Angeles when I grow up. I have an odd perception of music...

Mum is obsessed with the dog and I am obsessed with her being obsessed with the dog.

Last night I dreamt we were at a swimming pool and the dog was there and it was scaring the children by splashing after them in the water and she wouldn't do anything about it.

Whoever decided to have a treble treble party on July 11th and 12th in Glasgow is 1 funny af and 2 going to cause some major trouble and 3 going to make it so nobody can actually get a hotel room.

Beats what I do on the 12th though which is just sitting around in an ROI shirt listening to rebs.
