Barbecued chicken and ribs, french fries, coleslaw, garlic bread, and Coke.

If you're not from the South, and you ever visit Florida, Sonny's BBQ is recommended!

Baked tilapia fish and collard greens with lime, and flax/cranberry cookies with mint tea for dessert.

Avocado and tinned tuna mashed up with olive oil, garlic, fresh chopped parsley and watercress, plus finely sliced carrot and celery. Too nice! :)

Super awesome gorgeous soup; the leafy twiggy tops of celery finely chopped and stewed to make a broth, to which added some brown lentils, followed soon after by chunky-sliced carrot and the rest/"body" of the celery. After simmering until the lentils were lovely and soft ( 30+ minutes ), I added herb salt, fresh garlic and olive oil, and two "rashers" of smoked ham cut into slivers, and after that had had a chance to flavour the soup a cup of flaked tuna. Served with fresh parsley and more slivers of the ham. Mmmmmmmmmm! :D

I have eaten spinach yesterday. I'm too lazy to eat right now.
