I had a breakthrough with my book.

Made more progress in coming to terms with my issues. In a messy sort of way. But messy progress is better than no progress at all, so I'll call that an achievement.

I had an okayish day at work and called the health insurance company to get some info. The hardest part was staying under my calorie limit. :?

attended a family get together, tolerated noisy fireworks for a time, and stuffed my face with a bunch of yummy fried meat and fish. :chef: :mrgreen:

Today at work they held a showcase down on the ground floor and they selected me and a colleague to go down and man a booth. We had fun explaining our program to people who came up to us.

The booth was for diversity and inclusiveness in the work place and we were chosen as members of the Dandelion program (the program through which we got our jobs).
