A bottom blade steak. (At least, I think that's what the label said).

A portion of Basa from Aldi, which I fried under the grill in breadcrumbs and ate on a couple of muffins.

You can get three basa portions for £1.99 right now, which I regards as an absolute bargain.

Gotta cook and eat as much frozen food as possible over the next week or so as there's a meat order coming from some fundraiser and we need the freezer space. (Although I did go to Costco yesterday and the Best angus beef burgers were on sale so I bought 2 dozen, and they had coconut battered shrimp back in stock so bought 2 boxes of those, too.)

Anyways, tossed a few chicken breasts in a large pan.. salt & pepper, frozen veggie mix, frozen stir fry veggie mix, sliced up a couple onions... then decided to add frozen cherries and a couple peeled and sliced oranges. Cooked it all up, ate about 40% of it for brunch - will eat the rest later.

Been making burgers lately, cooking chicken breasts, heating up chicken wings & battered shrimp & kalamari etc from the Costco freezer section.

They have coconut battered shrimp with sweet chilli sauce back in seasonal stock again.. just heated up 15 of them in the air fryer for lunch. I could get so fat eating these! :D

I made bread today!
I know it's not super fancy, but I really enjoy the taste of freshly made preservative free bread, plus the house smells divine now.

Next thing I'm going to try is rasin bread, the recipe book says it's exactly the same as normal bread but add in rasins at 13% of the flour content.

I did cook a protein pancake for myself and some ramen for myself. I would like to practice baking again so, I can make during this holidays.

I didn't unless you count toast and tinned food as cookery.

Beef stew in a 1qt slow cooker should be ready for dinner in a few hours.
Forgot to throw in the red potatoes so will do that now. Cubes of chuck, carrots, and celery in a beef broth.
