Thank you, Tequila, I'm not aware of anything like those snacks being widely available here (Southern California), I would probably have to check an Oriental specialty grocery store. Anyhow, dinner was a Marie Callender's (brand name) Honey-mustard Chicken/Sweet Potato/Carrot/Broccoli frozen dinner followed by store brand oatmeal/walnut/raisin cookies and I gave my dog the dish when I finished...she thinks that's a treat, Sylkat :D

I made a smoothie from fresh almond milk,raw carob powder,two figs,VEGA protein powder,and a banana.

1150 PM, at work again, just had a Stouffer's Fettucini Alfredo, upon which I dumped extra parmesan, and A BIG mug of hot Tetley's tea...life is good Sylkat :)

I still didn't get to the store to buy my Italian sausages and sweet onions. I have scrambled eggs and toast and Tamek mix fruit nectar/juice.

10:30AM, At my favorite breakfast restaurant, having the daily special, 2 pancakes, extra butter, scrambled eggs, 2 sausage patties, hot maple syrup,hot tea, watchIng Judge Joe Brown on T.V....I want to believe those are actors and scripts, but no, it's all too real! Sylkat 8O
