i find it hard to relax today.
i have a house that is being auctioned tomorrow, and i am terrified.

i just have to think of small things. i am very anxious.

My mum's bitchy attitude when she picked me up today. She was angry because my luggage was heavy and she couldn't fit it into the Ford Escape at first. I hope that tomorrow's a better day and I can do everything right.

Hearing my dad be verbally abusive (very, very loudly) to another family member on the phone. This person sort of deserves it, but it brings up bad memories from the past of when it was directed at me.

My poor little computer failed at the (routine) task I assigned it last night. Nothing short of a reboot convinced it that it was worthy not being Access Violated.
