Meh - it's on a supermarket shelf, so I'll be lucky if anything like that is quoted at all.
Where I used to live had a specialist confectioner's shop. Hmm, that was pretty damn good!

Yeah anything below that tastes close to water. Anything above 2% just doesn't taste very good.
