What makes you think that about yourself? Nothing you've shown on here would suggest that, but then again you know you better than anyone else on here does.

Sometimes I say really ignorant and horrible things about my own country. :(

Sometimes harsh observations are true, even when they're controversial and debatable opinions, you wouldn't have formed them without some sort of truth behind them. Even if you later conclude they weren't correct, they likely were valuable arguments to have with yourself to help form the opinions you end up believing is most correct. If they're arguments you have with others, they still might be valuable simply for the perspective they grant. Further, depending on why you're walking them back, you might not have actually been wrong and might just be cowing in the face of a more aggressive adversary and later on realize you weren't wrong and they just had a triggered meltdown.

Maybe you're right. It's ok to be angry with my country right now.

if your country is my country, some horrible things are being done now. you're a better person BECAUSE you object.

Well I hope it rains like hell on any ICE agents who show up in my state tomorrow for the round up.

In another life, where I'm more intolerant in general, I would've had a fit and leave the household for the lack of privacy.

Would've whine to move out because it's very noisy here almost every week because of some religious like choir with a very loud band. It may never matter if the rent's the cheapest of all for the past 15 years.

Would've done something against the dogs my mom kept taking in, especially since she cannot really take care of them and I refuse to be involved.

Would've wear sunglasses often, would've crafted my own set of clothes and pretty much throw most of the stuff given me, would've leave the house less often, would've objected to many things my mom's been doing in the room, would've burned all those eyesore clothes everywhere as soon as I had threatened to get rid of it.

Would've complained more than I would as a child who fusses a lot. Would've remained a high school dropout. Would've decided not to learn the arts of acquiring. I would've been less resilient if not already riddled with mental health issues.

But I cannot afford most of these. I just cannot. I'm not allowed to, like most people here are not allowed to be sick.

Not many here in colorado want ICE agents going around, rounding people up to send to concentration camps..I mean even schools sent out notices for parents to protect their children.....because they don't want kids taken away without their parents from schools

I mean it sounds a little holocausty to me....but what do I know I'm just an american who grew up in the 90's and late 2000ends.

Rap Goal #1: Get two mix tapes and a proper LP out by 2021.
Rap Goal #2: Get Cage and Eminem to both do features on a track.
Rap Goal #3: Win King of the Dot, become king of Toronto.
Rap Goal #4: Get murdered by Drake, leave my parents with a nice retirement.

I hate it when you go and get a cable tie for fixing something, and as you're walking back you get distracted watching something and you subconsciously accidentally close it together, and then have to throw it out and use another one.

Is it really any coincidence that these children being seperated from their families are being held in former Japanese internment camps? Maybe this really is turning into another holocaust.

I mean, what the f**k does the US government plan to do with all these immigrants and their children? Just lock them away for life like animals? We have murderers and pedophiles in this country who serve less time in prison!

I'm really pissed right now.

It is really disturbing. Is there anything that can be done by individuals, in the US and abroad? Try to get involved where you can - anger is useful if you do something about it. If nothing else, do like I do and make political art.

I really need to focus on my poetry as this is what I'm talented in. I'm really tempted by my art because it's a new thing for me. Hmm.

Should I keep on with what I'm drawing (which is blunt) or draw a portrait instead? And how blunt a portrait, ie who should I draw?

I'd say go as blunt as you can because that's the only way to get the message across about this BS. Being nice gets us nowhere these days.

This poem is blunt.

Different topic. But I think you're right. I might risk blunt. Fed up of worrying about people's politics when people have bad politics. It's the apolitical people who need attention drawn to things. Even when we debate people who disagree, if we do that in public then people are watching and seeing us make our points.

I hope some Americans or Mexicans enter these contests and use the topic you're writing about here - it needs attention drawn to it. Art is useful in politics.

There was a really heavy rain for about an hour. Flood's at least 2½ ft on the road.

Now there's flood water downstairs.
