I'm back to my jolly old self after nearly a year. I had seconds at the clubhouse tonight. One of the members made Italian Chicken for everybody.

It's been nearly a year since I've had seconds at dinner, anywhere.

I know how it feels, I'm finally in a good patch after over two years of misery, frustration and the like, including depressions, suicide contemplations and I suppose, half-hearted attempts.
