I just saw this info about your accident, MP. The important thing is that you are OK, and presumably no one else was hurt. Accidents happen, and it's common to hydroplane in rain water. I'm sure it was unsettling though. :(

Big hugs.

If you have full insurance, you should be able to get another car soon if your car is "totaled." Sorry about the accident. I've been in a few---and it's not a nice feeling.

I do have full insurance, fortunately. It's just such a hassle going through the process and stuff but I just gotta deal with it. I'm very tired today though.

i hope it was the other guy's fault.

I live (and crashed) in a no-fault state. But I guess it would be my fault anyway because they stopped very abruptly in front of me (because someone slammed on their brakes in front of them too) and the roads were wet from rain so my car felt like it was sliding more than braking. :/

dayum. as has been said, "itshay appenshay."

Omg I can't stand the feeling of sweating. ;( I know it's good for my body to do but yeah, yuck.

i had to wait for it to cool down enough for me to shower and not sweat like a pig afterwards. having long hair complicates things but i gotta let my freak flag fly :alien: :afro:

Is there anywhere on this Earth that's electronic free?
Like no TV, radio, phones?

I feel very hated because I can't handle the noises from electronics easily.
And judged, and discriminated.

near where i live, there is a zone that has no cell coverage, no FM radio or TV reception. but AM radio covers places like a blanket, much harder to get away from that.

Where's that?

For some reason, I'm curious as to how you look like in person.
Not your avatar, I'm guessing.

when i was your age, i was relatively purty. now not so much. i'm old. old enough to be your grandfather. aside from no beard [just a soul patch] and darker hair, i look a lot like my avatar. i live in the area of south puget sound, in the state north of your state. i did post my pic in the "post a pic" thread of one kind or another here. this was a few years back, however.

I still don't know how to post a pic.
At least you're Avatar is similar.
You mean Washington?

just subtract the santa claus suit also. add dark glasses. add a few pounds. and yes, washington. here is how to post a pic- first [using Chrome] you copy [right-click with mouse to select "copy image URL" from the pop-up menu, OR hit CTRL and C, over the picture you wanna post. then once you are here in WP in a post window, type [img]
then you hit CTRL and V [or right click with mouse to get "paste" from the pop-up menu, then you type [/img], then hit "submit."

My household wants me to watch some romance drama about a life of a paraplegic. I asked why though.

They said... Because she's PWD too. :| That's their reason.

Oh my... I don't know if I wanna laugh or cry or both. It's just... Just... Disappointingly hilarious and sweet, maybe.
Nothing to do with the characters themselves per se, but their implication of comparing wildly different and unrelated disabilities is just...

This is why I like it that they don't try too hard. :lmao: They just tried a bit hard by about less than an inch this time.

Yes, I had a couple of cats who knew much more about figuring out technical, mechanical things than I did-and that's not much of an exaggeration. My tabby boy, Peter, was very smart.
