Not doing well physically. I can barely walk without feeling faint and nauseated.

is it time to consult a doc? i would if it were me unless it was an understood, chronic problem. whatever you do, i hope you feel better soon.

Still suffering extreme exhaustion (although it wasn’t all day yesterday) and still not sleeping more than a few hours a time :(

Thanks for your concern. I have chronic health issues that are already somewhat diagnosed (but unfortunately not well-understood by most in the medical community-- and complicated in terms of treatment). This is just a small (but disruptive) part of dysautonomia/POTS. I was stubborn and ignored the signs that I was getting closer to a flare (I've been having heart palpitations and adrenaline surges for a week).

Recently, I've had additional:
-exposure to heat
-stress
-periods of standing for too long
-physical activity in general
These can all be triggers, so I have been thrown into a "flare". This one of the worst I have had in months, but it isn't my first time experiencing this. One of the drivers behind my current move is actually getting better quality of care and the option to see specialists for my condition(s).

I just need to rest now. Spent all night with horrible coat hanger pain, nausea, and dizziness. My GI system is also starting to become affected, so I need to take it really easy.
