My friend hurt me real badly last night.
I thought he actually cared. I thought we got a long. But no, his failed dreams of girlfriends get in the way.
And, I don't understand that.

Last night I watched a video of a modified version of Super Mario Bros. called Jelly Bros. In it Mario could jump straight up high into the sky while moving like a jelly fish. and basically floated spinning through the levels. Everything else in the game was also like jelly . Stretchy, rubbery, moving like it was trapped in slow motion, including Bowser's fireballs, and even the music was wobbly. And when Mario touched coins they just floated around aimlessly and he'd even float through text on the screen and scatter the letters everywhere.

It was funny, but it also made me feel weird, and I wondered if this is how people who are very drunk see the regular game.

They took everything he did which was genuine and said right now you have to do it as a gimmick

He'd have been doing it all anyway.

There - he wouldn't be. That's the difference.

When I took out the garbage earlier today I heard a whole bunch of sirens going off from somewhere.

I wonder if it was terrorist related since there are festivals and other outdoor events taking place this time of year. Naturally, you can't go to places where there are a lot of people anymore even if you wanted to because of terrorism. Not even here.

Sirens on their own don't bother me. It's the reasons they may be going off that bother me: disaster, crime, death, impending nuclear holocaust...

Thinking about what I want in life. People tell me to go to college and get a degree to get a good job or advance in a career. I think truthfully, I just want a simple job that makes me enough money to sustain a living. Other than that someone with whom I can spend the rest of my life with. A small house in the suburbs with me and my Significant Other. People say strive to be the best and aim high but, I just don't care about that stuff. I know to some I probably sound boring but, that's all I want.
