I unexpectedly bought two books at a bookstore that was near my house on my way back from work.
I witnessed a co-worker argue with a rude customer and after we finished our shifts,
we told our boss what had happened. Our boss then told us to work alongside a pair of security guards who have working to make sure such customers keep out.

The Running Man for seven dollars and The Jungle for three dollars.

I've had some humiliating social experiences over the last few months, but I've figured out what bothers me so much about what happened, so I'm starting to move on.

It's a stretch, but it's what I have to do to come up with something happy to report.
