That's very good and I'm glad your psoriasis is clearing up a bit!

Has losing weight helped you feel better overall? I noticed that when I lost weight I felt a lot better physically and had more energy.

I figured out how to do this exercise with a door, a piece of 1x3 wood about 3' long, and two exercise bands. And then I found I could almost do the exercise all the way down on my first attempt.

I think I've lost a few lbs since the beginning of January. I haven't had much of an appetite since Boxing Day.

feels like spring right on time, some years it just rains for months on end after winter but we're having a good run of clear sunny days, the daffodils are out at the right time of year too, which is unusual

My new diet package arrived last night, and they finally got my order correct!

I will be getting my hair cut today. On the way home I will get a coffee.

Mom says I will get lunch out.

A certain check already cleared.

Last week I got two pieces of mail from the county government. They both arrived in the same batch of mail. I starred at them side by side.

One letter returned a month old check I wrote to pay off a traffic ticket from one of those camera traps. The accompanying letter said " you obviously intended to pay for a traffic fine, but we cant find any record that you have any outstanding traffic violations. So here is your check back". I had even written the serial number of the exact violation it was for. But they apparently did not think I owed them for anything.

The other letter that arrived at the same time was also from the county. It said "see here!! ! You owe us money for a traffic violation that you're a month overdue paying. And here is the Xerox copy of the citation". And the serial number of the violation in the photocopy was exactly the same as the number I wrote on the check that they returned in the other letter!

So...I took the check that was returned to me in the first letter, and just placed it into the return addressed enclosed envelop provided in the second letter, and just sent the same darn check back to them.

And it just now cleared (I checked online with my bank). So I guess that its all good now. So I am happy!

Baked beans for dinner. I have to cut up onions for them in 20 minutes.
