What's the feminine aspect of myself though? If it's makeup and skirts and having babies, I didn't learn much in that year!

I'd like to think it's something more than that though! I find it hard to say though - it's like when people try to separate the Aspie from the "just your personality." I am what I am, is all not feminine and where do you draw the line between Aspie/You?

If you are not a mother in your waking life, but dream that you are a mother, then the dream is a metaphor that you need to show more of your nurturing and caring nature. You may need to exhibit more compassion in waking life. Perhaps you are coming across to the people around you, as too indifferent.

If I'm the indifferent one, we're all in trouble!

I really think it was about my family, or maybe even by my family was meant the whole world. Lately I just keep wondering about how people are perceived and why cold and cruel people are perceived as "good" and I'm perceived as odd. I'm pretty sure that's what the dream was about.

But I'll take what you say into consideration. I can be indifferent if I'm bored or annoyed by somebody, that's for sure. Sometimes when someone has constant drama around them, I just start to tune out.

no criticism was meant. :) dream interpretation is an attempt at making sense both of our dreams as well as our lives, about explaining what our subconscious minds are trying to tell us. it is highly subjective, idiosyncratic, and all outer-sourced dream interpretation is merely a penlight trying to illuminate a chasm. all it can do is maybe suggest areas to investigate further.

Don't worry, I wasn't insulted. Dreams are weird. I'm sick of politics though, I almost don't care anymore, they are too hard to navigate. Maybe that's what it was about.

Horrible dream last night. I had lost all frame of reference.I showed in up for work on the wrong day, couldn't find my car when I left, and then couldn't find my way back home. It ended up with people trying to commit me, but I finally stole a road map and ran away.

And it was some strange city on the water. If you veered off the road then you took a plunge. I kept trying to get on an interstate highway, but never made it.

Mjrmajormajor
Did you see mel gibson(i know bad joke)

I had four dreams last night

First. was with my first real girlfriend, was in her room at her parents place.we were having sex.pretty straight forward,i always felt like i missed out on being each others first.i often dream of her but its rarely sexual.i didnt let it bother me,i dont have any romance in my life.those dreams would usualy depress me but i remember telling myself when i woke up "il take it "

Second.this is the one that really got to me.i woke up and my phone's battery had leaked destroying my phone,it looked melted from the inside out.the phone was in my pocket and got acid on my leg,i went to wash it but it got worse.it was burning a hole in my leg.my family was rushing me to the hospital, and then woke up in a panic i rushed outside to smoke a cigarette.bumping into things on the way.makes some sense as this site has become a big part of my life and remember thinking i couldnt go online.the acid i dont know, maybe just a result of knowing what acid can do

Third.i woke up at someones house verry disoriented i couldnt figure out where i was .there were people i knew .i ended up going outside still not knowing where i was and got mad at my friend and told him he shouldnt have brought me out if i was so disoriented.

Fourth.was at some college and was teaching football, but was just throwing and kicking the ball while every one else was fooling around.

Ive been dreaming alot lately, surely a result of quitting smoking.i always felt like it suppressed them and made them less vivid

I dreamed I was going abseiling, I was so excited about it because I had never done it before.

But my safety harness was broke. I didn't even care, but they said I couldn't go.

Cliff
To dream that you are standing at the edge of a cliff indicates that you have reached an increased level of understanding, new awareness, and a fresh point of view. You have reached a critical point in your life and cannot risk losing control. Alternatively, it suggests that you are pondering a life-altering decision.
To dream that you or someone rappels or descends a cliff suggests that you are going through a difficult time and are afraid yet alert to what is ahead for you. You feel confident that you are up for the challenge and to meet the expectations of others.
