I have to make a presentation on Monday. I feel too dissociated to even feel anxiety

Feeling discouraged about not being able to schedule a booster shot easily; I tried to schedule online, but they asked me some questions I don't know (particularly my BIN number), and my stalling resulted in an appointment time being taken by someone else. It also doesn't help that my brother refused to get COVID shots, and might get mad at me for it. My mom is going to try to call and see if there are any appointments available, but I doubt anything good will happen. I wished I haven't put it off... :cry:

I gained 5 pounds, my meals haven't arrived yet (they usually show on Thursday mornings), my stepdad has the TV turned up too loud again, my only real friends are ignoring me, and even though I was able to schedule my booster appointment (next Wednesday), it is at a time that may be inconvenient because my mom has to work that day.

Sadly, most of those people I know only through online websites ... like this one, for instance.
