Yea, it is for that too. I am not gonna leave just yet (because I thought I'd end up hitting 10K at the end of august)...I am gonna try and slow down my posting and leave in September though because that is when I go to college. Maybe a little, but it's good to hear your thoughts.

Works for and against some people with introverted personalities.
Why don't you just watch movies at home on a big widescreen television? They're cheap enough these days. Sounds more like they want to control you. Saying they are worried is a half truth in my opinion. I do hope you keep posting. I know you have gotten obsessed with this arbitrary 10,000 number but the forum isn't just good for that. At the end of the day you will leave every forum you ever become part of so the amount of posts you make doesn't really matter. I'd say the people you make friends with is more important. But yeah I know what you mean about 'setting a goal' in regards to post count - I've done it on other forums and it does help with motivation I guess. Good luck in college by the way - I'll probably wish you well nearer the time which will be more appropriate but yeah.

it's not the same. i get really absorbed at the cinema. Kinda love the food too
i just meant that being solo sucks, but it'd be better if i didnt feel excluded from certain activities.
