Yeah, the night terrors came, as they always do after sleepless nights. Just how it goes, and it'll teach me for talking about that stuff. Don't have anyone to talk to this stuff about, but that's alright. Random phone therapists from support services, maybe. I don't like talking about it with my mother, as it can be upsetting.

Not looking forward to this evening, but sometimes things don't go bad.

The local buses aren't running on certain days of the week because of strike action, so it's not really possible to get out and about much. The strike seems to be intensifying, and the drivers will be out on Monday, Tuesday and Friday this week. I've paid £70 for a four-week bus pass, and can only use it for about half the time.

Bad evening stuff with a loved one. At least I got a video of the waterfall for her because she'll never be able to see that one again.

I don't like looking at myself and the left modern tanto, but that's therapy too.
