Interestingly enough, I find that once people get themselves out into an accepting environment, they surprise themselves with what they can do socially. It's all about acceptance and understanding, and that is the difference between meeting the general NT population and meeting fellow aspies. Some aspies can be jerks, too, though, so it's not always perfect. But at least it's better than being left out and feeling completely confused as to what's going on in a group. That's what happens to me when I'm among my NT peers.

I can't truthfully say that I wish to meet the following members, but I want to take the opportunity to point out members I think very highly of, find interesting and just painly got to like from what they have written:

Descartes30
leejosepho
greenturtle74
HopeGrows
Withdrawn
Superboyian
ElementaryPhysics

Lecks would be in there, too, but his avatar is so horrible, so he's not. Also, there is a dark haired guy in his mid twenties, having a photo of himself standing in front of wall in a black t-shirt. If I had found his username he would be in there too.

I know I haven't posted much, but I have read much. And I really think there are exclusivly nice and thoughtful people, but those are the ones that stuck out to me.

It's interesting for me to ponder... I think a few months ago I may have appeared on perhaps a few people's lists. I am of mixed feelings now as to not doing so. It was an interesting feeling, being popular here. But way too bizarre. I think I probably prefer to be unnoticed.
